We can provide personal training across mid Bedfordshire. We hold a loaded marching session at Rowney Warren on Saturdays and running on a Sunday. All sessions are mixed and open to all levels of fitness. We have also recently added Boxercise & MetaFit to our Portfolio as Fitness Classes - can you feel the burn?
