I would not recommend JCJ Planning.
In November 2018, I needed help finalising plans for a garage and contacted JCJ. After an initial consultation which was positive, communication became increasingly difficult and at one point, I had no response for 5 weeks despite repeated hastening attempts. Two months later, with no evidence of any progress, JCJ put the phone down on me mid-conversation and then decided to withdraw from the project leaving me no further forward.
