Saffa & Sage is a cosy home bakery based in Bardwell, offering handcrafted sourdough loaves, flavoured butters, sweet bakes and traditional South African classics, Everything is made fresh to order using a pre-order system to ensure quality and reduce waste. Orders open Sundays and Wednesdays from 9am to 12pm every week, with collection on designated days or local delivery within Bardwell. From classic sourdough and flavour inclusions to whipped flavoured butters, banana bread, melktert, cheesecakes and more, each bake is made with care. Please note this is a home bakery and not open for walk-ins, all orders are placed in advance via Whatsapp, Facebook, online or by phone, whichever is easiest for you
